SCARD Member: $580
Non-member: $820
Department Business Manager (programming on October 19 only): $190
*Registration rates will increase $50 for all categories beginning October 5, 2023.

Book your hotel by Thursday, September 14 to take advantage of group rates. Please note that the hotel block may sell out prior to this date.
Registration Policies & Cancellation Information:
By registering for the SCARD Annual Meeting, you understand and accept our privacy policy. You also acknowledge that you have read the Statement on Professionalism.
Photographs will be taken throughout the SCARD meeting. By registering, you acknowledge the possibility of being photographed and give SCARD consent to use your image for marketing or promotional purposes.
Please note, programming for Department Business Managers takes place on October 19 only.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Name changes are not allowed; new registration and payment are required.
- Registrations are non-transferrable.
- All registration cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] by October 5, 2023, to receive a refund.
- Registrations cancelled received by October 5, 2023, will result in a refund of paid fees, minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Refund requests received after October 5, 2023, will not be accepted or refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for registrations purchased and not used.
